Nagasaki
Port-city history and hill-town tourism; distinct from Fukuoka’s Nakasu myth.
Nagasaki City’s entertainment layer sits inside a prefecture already overloaded with overseas historical narratives (port, churches, atomic-bomb memory). Sasebo and other cities add separate footprints. The cultural task is not to deny nightlife but to refuse letting it rewrite the whole civic archive.
Public names
Place-names that appear in news, comedy, and ordinary speech — not a list of venues.
